Lolita

Lolita carries a weight our world has misunderstood for decades. Our innocence taken, voices silenced, a child made into a symbol she never asked to become. The world took the name and dressed it in desire.

This sculpture takes it back. Lolita is not about what was done. It is about what could not be destroyed.

There is a light that lives inside every being that no cruelty can reach. It does not belong to what happened to you. It belongs to what you are.

Bei all dem Schmerz den du trägst, wirst wohl als Heilige sterben Erlöst dich selbst im Blütenmeer & wenn all die Tränen vergehen, durchbrichst die Welt mit Licht.

This one speaks to those who carry invisible weight; all those who were touched by darkness they did not choose, who were taught to believe it was somehow theirs to hold.

The cruelty was never the lesson. It is about finding your own light again, living with truth, love and the willingness to always see behind what we are to believe. choosing not to walk with all the weight. Not unchanged, .... undefeated.
