Privacy
This notice explains how personal information is used when you visit Mind Flowers, contact me, book a session or join a private journey.
Your contact
Centina Alexa König, Mind Flowers, Margaretenstraße 67/1/13, 1050 Wien, Austria. Contact: art@mind.flowers.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical request information, including your IP address, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Visuals and contact
The interactive visuals run in your browser. Your motion preference is saved locally on your device. The contact form prepares an email draft on your device; it does not send the form to a website server. If you send the email, its contents are used to respond to your inquiry.
External services
The session calendar requests available appointment times from Cal.com; this request also discloses the usual technical connection information to Cal.com. Booking and payment are completed on the providers’ own pages. Instagram links open Instagram. Newsletter signup and advertising analytics are not enabled on this website.
Booking and video calls
Cal.com is used to arrange appointments. It processes booking information such as your name, email address, chosen time and any notes you provide. Confirmed appointments are added to the Mind Flowers Apple Calendar. Calls take place through Cal Video, powered by Daily. Automatic recording and automatic transcription are off in the booking settings. See Cal.com’s privacy information and Daily’s privacy information.
Payments
Stripe is used for payments. Payment details are entered directly with Stripe; this static website does not receive or store your card number. See Stripe’s privacy information.
Purposes and legal bases
Contact and booking information is used to answer your request, arrange appointments, provide the booked service and communicate about it. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request or perform our contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical website information is processed for the legitimate interest of delivering and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f)). Payment records that must be retained for accounting are processed to fulfil legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
Providers and international processing
The selected providers receive information needed for hosting, scheduling, calendar entries, video calls and payments. They may process data outside the European Economic Area. Cal.com describes processing in the United States and the use of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. The linked provider notices explain their locations, safeguards and subprocessors.
Keeping your information
Contact correspondence and appointment details are kept while they are needed to respond to you, deliver the service or resolve a related issue. Booking records remain in the connected services until deleted under their retention settings. Accounting and payment documents subject to Austrian retention requirements are generally retained for seven years after the relevant calendar year, and longer where a legal obligation or ongoing proceeding requires it.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data where the applicable conditions are met. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Write to art@mind.flowers to exercise these rights. You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
