Right of withdrawal.

Your right to withdraw

If you conclude a service contract as a consumer at a distance, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded. For the seven-session journey, the period relates to the journey contract as a whole; scheduling its individual included meetings does not start a new period for each appointment.

To exercise this right, inform me of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email:

You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. It is sufficient to send your communication concerning withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. A reason, account login or cancellation fee is not required to exercise this right.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, I will reimburse all payments received from you under the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day I am informed of your decision. Reimbursement uses the same means of payment as the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur fees for the reimbursement.

Services during the withdrawal period

If you expressly request that the service begin during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you must pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided up to the time you communicate your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract, provided the statutory information and request requirements have been met.

The withdrawal right for a paid service expires after full performance only if performance began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right once the contract has been fully performed. For the journey, completing one of its seven sessions is not full performance of the entire journey.

A booking date within 14 days, accepting general terms or making a payment does not by itself establish the required express request, consent or acknowledgement. These requirements must be addressed separately before early performance. An appointment-cancellation policy does not override your statutory withdrawal rights.

If you agree an artwork purchase by email, you will receive the applicable goods-withdrawal information, including the relevant delivery-based start of the period and return arrangements, before concluding the sale. An initial artwork enquiry is not a sales contract.
