Two porcelain beings.

One belongs to the river.

The other belongs to the mountain.

Murna and Alpine Blossom come from an older understanding of the world, one in which landscape is not merely scenery but a living presence. Water, stone, flower, and mountain are not silent matter. They carry memory. They shape us. They speak to the parts of us that existed before we learned to separate ourselves from nature.

Murna carries the love that holds.

She belongs to depth, movement, nourishment, and hidden transformation. Her love does not pull you away from what is difficult. It enters the water with you. It stays beneath you while you change and carries you forward without asking you to remain who you were.

Alpine Blossom carries the love that lifts.

She belongs to clarity, wildness, protection, and quiet elevation. Her love does not possess you in order to keep you close. It honours what you are becoming. It gives you the space to rise, to see clearly, and to remember the truth that can only be heard when the noise has fallen away.

One descends.

One rises.

Yet they are not opposites.

Depth without elevation can become hiding. Elevation without depth can become escape. Murna and Alpine Blossom belong together because a whole life asks us to move in both directions.

Down into the body.

Up towards the light.

Into the places that need to be felt.

Towards the places that ask us to become more.

Both beings carry the same 24ct gold, yet the gold reveals itself differently upon each body.

On Murna, it merges with the matte green glaze and becomes quiet. A hidden radiance, as though the light is coming from somewhere deep inside her.

On Alpine Blossom, it shines through the transparent craquelé glaze, luminous and open. A light that has reached the surface and is ready to be seen.

The same gold.

One held within.

One lifted into light.

Together, they form a private altar between river and mountain. Between darkness and clarity. Between being carried and finding the courage to rise.

They remind us that love is not one movement.

Sometimes love stays.

Sometimes love releases.

Sometimes it gathers us into the depths.

Sometimes it leads us towards a height we could not have reached alone.

To live with these beings is to live with two forms of pure love.

A love that holds you without keeping you small.

And a love that lifts you without asking you to leave yourself behind.
